Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a comprehensive database of contracts for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Maintain a centralized contract database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all contracts and supporting negotiation correspondence.
  • Contract Renewal and Termination: Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal or termination processes as required.
  • Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with in-house legal counsel and other stakeholders to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and work with in-house counsel to identify and resolve any potential breaches or disputes.
  • Contract Amendments and Addendums: Track and manage contract amendments, addendums, and extensions.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role such as a paralegal.
  • Skills: Proficient in contract development, contract standards, and language. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
