Job Title: Assistant Baseball Coach

Job Summary:

Patrick & Henry Community College is seeking an energetic and passionate Assistant Baseball Coach to provide instruction to students and lead them into competition in the NJCAA.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' performance and encourage the pursuit of Associate's Degrees.
  • Recruit and retain student-athletes.
  • Ensure baseball equipment is in good working order.
  • Educate students on baseball strategies and good sportsmanship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Baseball Coach or Instructor.
  • Sound knowledge of various coaching techniques.
  • Ability to motivate students.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A passion for Baseball.
