Job Description
As Executive Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing administrative policies to ensure compliance with industry standards. This includes overseeing accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting, managing payroll and vendor payments, and reconciling bank statements.
You will also coordinate with external partners for tax filings and insurance coverage, facilitate communications with investors and external stakeholders, and assist the CEO with scheduling and travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of senior-level administration experience, with a focus on bookkeeping, accounting, and HR functions
- Proven experience in early-stage startup environments, preferably in medical device or technology sectors
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive approach
- Proficiency with office tools and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
