Technical Help Desk Professional

Las Vegas Company is a leading provider of innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our end-users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting computer and network issues, collaborating with other staff to resolve problems, and monitoring and responding to IT Support Tickets. We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Solid experience and knowledge of hardware and software trouble shooting, system configuration, various application software, computer security, routers, and servers support.
- Hands-on experience in an IT or similar Service Desk environment.
- Experience working with a service desk ticketing system.
- Proficiency in current Windows Desktop and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of various Windows Server OS's, SQL, and Office 365.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
