Your RoleAs a Caregiver at Sevita, you'll play a vital role in helping participants develop real relationships, achieve their goals, and become part of the community they live in.
Responsibilities- You will assist participants with daily activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Provide support and guidance to help participants develop essential life skills like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist with transportation and accompany participants on outings and activities.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all participants.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.
