Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients of varying ages and abilities.

About the Role:

  • Work as a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing facility in Dekalb, Illinois
  • Provide high-quality patient care and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • CPR/BLS certification
  • State License-Physical Therapist-Illinois
  • NPI NUMBER
  • Ability to lift 50-100lbs

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $680.00-$800.00 in weekly taxable income ($17.00/hr-$20.00/hr), plus a non-taxable stipend of $1246.00, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
