Job Description

As a key member of the Packard Culligan Water team, the Office Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dealership. This dynamic individual will lead a team of 15 Customer Service Representatives, fostering a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere where people love to work.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of developing employees and driving customer satisfaction. Strong experience in a customer service capacity, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

The Office Manager will be responsible for creating a thriving work environment, implementing a hands-on management strategy, and ensuring professional behavior and courtesy in interactions with customers, employees, and vendors. This role will also involve elevating customer satisfaction, growth, and retention, as well as providing and compiling data to make recommendations for improving customer service and enhancing customer retention.
