Lead Dentist - Clinical Director Opportunity

Aspen Dental Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team as a Clinical Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead a patient-centric team and assume a leadership role in our dental practice.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of dental professionals and ensure excellent quality of care for all patients.
  • Assume responsibility for comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, discussing options with patients and providing high-quality clinical treatments.
  • Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
  • Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community through networking and professional associations.

Requirements:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
