Senior Wellbore Construction Specialist

Role Overview

As a Senior Wellbore Construction Specialist at Baker Hughes Holdings LLC, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to ensure the capacity and value of wells are maximized to their full potential. This role requires daily interaction with local Operations Management, Product Line Technical Support, and external customers to ensure objectives have been met.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct instruction on the deployment of Wellbore Construction tools.
- Resolve complex problems at the wellsite, requiring analysis of data and a broad knowledge of the product line's tools and services.
- Assist regional engineers in conducting Failure Analysis to analyze failures, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop customer root cause analysis reports on failure mode effects and criticality analysis, cause mapping, fault trees, and problem-solving.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- 3+ years of experience in technical support (relating to oil field).
- Experience in Wellbore Construction.
