We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. This is a unique opportunity to work in our state-of-the-art Emergency Department, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
About the Role:
This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an acute inpatient setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Plan of Care: Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Clinical Direction: Provide clinical direction to nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute inpatient setting.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in South Carolina.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
