EHS Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Behavioral/Mental Health Professional to provide high-quality psychosocial assessments, counseling therapy, and crisis intervention services to patients in a correctional facility. As part of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will work closely with other behavioral health practitioners to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and preliminary diagnostic impressions
• Provide counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services
• Collect and evaluate data to identify causes of problems and determine proper therapeutic approaches
• Prepare treatment and follow-up care programs
• Provide therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as required
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
• Current state Mental Health Professional license
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient with electronic medical records
• Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance
