Job Title: Residential Behavioral Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a Residential Behavioral Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care and services to individuals in a residential setting, including assessment, care, and treatment.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with standards of nursing practice, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report client behavior, social, psychological, and physical well-being.
  • Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as needed.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality care and services.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
  • Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
  • Two years of experience working with behavioral health clients preferred.
