Customer Service Representative for Voice and Chat Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Creatunity LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via voice calls and chat.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner;
- Providing timely and effective resolution to customer issues;
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions;
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure efficient issue resolution;
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Native speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication);
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias).
