Job Title: Customer Service Representative for Voice and Chat Operations

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Creatunity LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via voice calls and chat.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner;
  • Providing timely and effective resolution to customer issues;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions;
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure efficient issue resolution;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Native speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication);
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias).
