Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and securing HVAC sales with new and existing customers to increase company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell HVAC services to new and existing customers
  • Facilitate customer product selection and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and contractors
  • Estimate materials and prepare quotations for customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in accounts receivable collection and perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Envisioneer software
