Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team in resolving complex claims. As a key member of our claims handling team, you'll play a crucial role in investigating and resolving claims of any size or complexity, ensuring timely and fair outcomes for our clients and customers.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity located in Pennsylvania or New York. You'll have the flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, leveraging our global network of experts to share insights and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate complex claims, identifying the root causes and determining the extent of company liability
  • Interview claimants, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence
  • Analyze data, assess risks, and recommend strategies for resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and accounting teams, to ensure efficient and effective claims handling
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
