Job Overview

Weckworth Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management and be able to maintain, update, develop and improve Quality Systems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Quality inspectors and work with production to meet deadlines.
  • Handle customer returns and perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Director.
  • Serve as the "Second in Command" with the Quality Organization providing leadership and support for the four key pillars of our Quality Program: 1) Quality Systems, 2) Inspection of finished goods, 3) New Product Development Launch Process, 4) OTD/Safety.
  • Serve as the SOP Administrator for creating, revising or removing Standard Operating Procedures from our environment.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
