Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outfitter. As an Outfitter, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers by discovering their adventure and the vehicle that makes it a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover the customer and their adventure by asking meaningful questions and listening to their feedback and priorities.
  • Be the expert on the in's and out's of everything we offer at Basecamp.
  • Connect the customer with the vehicle fit for their adventure by presenting the vehicles accurately and in an exciting way.
  • Training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 to $80,000 salary.
