We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Professionals. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Provide companionship through activities, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.
  • Transport clients safely and efficiently, using your own vehicle or provided transportation services.
  • Prepare and serve meals, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Support clients with medication management, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Clean and maintain the home environment, promoting a safe and healthy space.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on English language proficiency and communication skills.
  • A valid Washington state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
  • Home Care Aide License (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, with the option to obtain HCA within 120 days of employment.
  • First Aid/CPR certification, with the option to obtain within 120 days of employment.
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19, with an approved exemption option available.
