About the Role
The Restoration Supervisor is a key position responsible for leading on-site activities in emergency fire and water property loss situations. This role requires advanced techniques for mitigation, emergency response, and field supervision. Key responsibilities include performing water, fire, and mold mitigation tasks, responding to emergency and non-emergency services jobs, completing timely and accurate paperwork, and mentoring restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation.
  • Responding to emergency and non-emergency services jobs.
  • Completing timely and accurate paperwork.
  • Mentoring restoration technicians.
  • Ensuring crews have the necessary equipment and materials to perform work efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the restoration industry, preferably with water, fire, and mold expertise.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • A valid CDL is an asset.

Benefits and Compensation
This role offers a competitive base pay of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
