Competitive Compensation Package

As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000-$55,000 per year, depending on your experience. Plus, enjoy benefits like:

About the Role

As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, administering, and documenting medications used across our health campus
  • Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
  • Examining and identifying medications brought into the health campus by new residents
  • Creating a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting (a plus)
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
