Retail Nurse

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist pharmacists in the administration of vaccines, preparation, and distribution of prescription medications, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient information, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform various tasks to enhance the shopping experience, including escorting customers to products, securing out-of-reach items, and loading/unloading heavy items.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, providing helpful and informative responses to customer inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.

• Degree in nursing upon hire and licensure with the applicable State Nursing Board.
• Ability to perform logical and scientific thinking to solve problems, with excellent arithmetic and algebraic calculation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to compose original correspondence and follow technical manuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.

This role involves frequent exposure to a fast-paced retail environment, with occasional exposure to dangerous chemicals/solvents while compounding products and chemotherapy drugs. Employee may be required to work offsite for vaccination events, potentially exposing them to equipment movement hazards, temperature extremes, vibrations, and dampness.

Employee must possess a valid driver's license, with no DOT restrictions, and be 18 years or older to drive a company vehicle.
