Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

  1. Hardware and Software Installation and Troubleshooting
  2. Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Beyond Trust, RSAT-Users and Computers, Azure Portal, Intune, SysTrack, ZDX, Ricoh Admin Portal, CyberArk, and MS Teams
  3. Very good understanding of Incident, Problem and asset management processes

Responsibilities

  • Experience with operating system image builds, software push platforms (Intune and SCCM)
  • Knowledgeable in Office 365 technology
  • Hands-on experience of Intune environment as part of Microsoft Modern Desktop Administration
  • Experience with supporting multiple scenarios based on device identities (Azure AD vs Hybrid Azure AD vs On-Prem)
  • Knowledge on Windows Autopilot as a modern OS Deployment solution
  • Basics of Azure Windows virtual Desktop
  • Proven experience with ticket tracking systems (ServiceNow)
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of technical personnel, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Asset Management updates/clean up in the Asset Management System and AD clean up
  • Install and upgrade software and operating systems
  • Support video and audio conferencing requests as necessary
  • Troubleshoot network and local printers issues
  • Provide timely support services to all colleagues, ensuring service levels are maintained and all requests are properly tracked
  • Maintain documented software and hardware inventories
  • Level 2 onsite or remote support for complex customer issues and requests
  • Lead deployment of software releases, system upgrades and patches on end user devices via Intune deployment
  • Should perform diagnostic testing and utilization of remote control tools to assist users when troubleshooting to determine a solution
