Overview

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is a national nonprofit organization that provides behavioral healthcare services to individuals with complex needs. We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team in Lompoc, California.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, providing personalized support and therapy to help them reach their goals. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior support plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and working closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - 95,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Job Description:
As a BCBA at Devereux, you will be responsible for:

* Conducting functional behavioral assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors

* Developing and implementing behavior support plans to address these behaviors and promote positive change

* Working closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication

* Providing training and supervision to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in behavioral analysis and intervention

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field

* BCBA certification required

* Minimum 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification interventions

* Strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and valid driver's license

Autism Spectrum Disorder Therapist Role Overview:

Our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) therapy program is designed to provide individualized support and therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will work directly with individuals with ASD, developing and implementing behavior support plans to promote positive change and improve their overall quality of life. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
