The Sr. Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying, and setting meetings with prospective customers. This position drives success by generating sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound lead development.
Reporting to the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, delivering compelling value propositions, and pivoting conversations based on what you learn. As a key member of our team, you should thrive in a collaborative environment, be competitive, coachable, and highly motivated to consistently execute and achieve goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed call, email, and metric performance targets
- Develop and implement account-based selling strategies to drive recognition of InvoiceCloud
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Build relationships with prospects through in-depth knowledge of client needs, priorities, and application of our solution
- Educate prospects on the benefits of InvoiceCloud through compelling articulation of our business model and value proposition
What Success Looks Like
- Gaining a complete understanding of the Invoice Cloud platform and value proposition within the first 30 days
- Becoming proficient in the fundamentals of cold calling and prospecting
