Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. As a Lead Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations and procedures
  • Set up and operate ultrasound equipment
  • Position patients appropriately
  • Generate reports on examinations and procedures
  • Submit billing for patients
  • Demonstrate techniques and procedures to students and residents

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program
  • Current and valid certification in Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) and American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
