Network Modernization Specialist

LNO Inc., a rapidly growing small business headquartered in Augusta, Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled Network Modernization Technician to join our team. As a Network Modernization Technician, you will work in a multidiscipline Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) environment, responsible for software maintenance, configuration, cyber security, testing, documentation, packaging, delivery/release, and relationship management with the Government client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain expertise and expert proficiency with Army tactical interoperability.
- Secure wireless communications systems integration and lifecycle sustainment.
- Define and maintain Systems requirements traceability to ongoing CCB approved, configuration managed, systems development and integration, and modification efforts.
- Work closely with system sustainment lifecycle team leads to ensure multi-function teams function effectively by integrating requirements management, design, development, integration, test and, verification and validation, QA, CM and other systems engineering processes derived from CCB and IPT activities.
- Design configurations to troubleshoot and replicate problems discovered in systems used in the field.
- Solve engineering problems with assigned system(s).
- Contribute to and maintain comprehensive technical data packages commensurate with the deliverables created by product teams.
- Interact with Government systems managers to: translate user requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.
- Support CCB process with documenting changes, work effort, risks, and schedule.
- Participate in IPTs to manage and implement all aspects of supported system(s) requirements and changes.
- Develop test strategies supporting defined requirements.
- Contribute to and maintain comprehensive technical data packages commensurate with the deliverables created by product teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience as an Engineer Technician.
- 5 years highly relevant experience with DOD/Network Modernization systems.
- IAT Level 1 (minimally).
- Bachelors Degree.
- Active DOD US Secret Security Clearance.
- US Citizen.
