Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail General Manager to lead our store operations in Southern California. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of ambassadors to achieve sales, production, and customer service goals.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facilities maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a customer-focused management role, preferably in retail.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree helpful.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
