Job SummaryThis HR Coordinator position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing daily administrative functions of the human resources program. The role involves compensation and benefits administration, staffing, employee relations, and other key performance areas.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and time-off requests.
- Staffing: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, address conflicts, and maintain open communication channels.
- Employee Orientation and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with management to set goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
- Compliance and Records Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Human Resource systems, and Contact Management software.
- PHR Certification preferred.
