Job Description:
In this role, you will conduct in-depth qualification on leads daily and engage with prospective patients to arrange consultations. You will also be responsible for meeting specific KPIs or sales goals and handling other tasks assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to handle large volumes of outbound calls and chats (100+/day).
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay: $21-22/hour.
- Total compensation potential, including bonuses: $43K - 60K/year.
