Digital Marketing Strategist

Connectbase is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, drive lead generation, and optimize our HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of using data to inform decisions, creating sales enablement materials, and executing high-performing campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Optimization :
Lead efforts to improve Connectbase SEO rankings and organic traffic through keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content creation. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines, fast-loading, and user-friendly.
Sales Enablement Content :
Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to develop engaging sales enablement content, including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories. Ensure all marketing collateral is up-to-date, on-brand, and aligned with Connectbase value propositions.
Video Content Creation :
Collaborate with internal teams to create video scripts and storyboards that align with Connectbase marketing goals. Ensure video content is optimized for web, social media, and email marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Execution :
Manage and grow Connectbase social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives, engaging with the community to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic. Track and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
HubSpot Marketing :
Manage the HubSpot platform, ensuring it is fully leveraged for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Implement advanced workflows for automation, ensuring streamlined campaign execution and personalized customer engagement.
Webinar Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Plan, manage, and execute company webinars, working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals. Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot for webinar invites, registration, and follow-up, ensuring they align with brand messaging and drive lead generation. Coordinate post-webinar follow-up campaigns, including email nurturing, content sharing, and lead tracking to convert attendees into sales opportunities. Track and report on webinar performance metrics, providing insights on engagement and lead conversion to inform future webinars.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, lead generation, content creation, and video marketing. Expertise in using HubSpot for campaign automation, CRM, reporting, and lead management. Proven ability to track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to inform decision-making. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience improving search engine rankings. Excellent content creation skills, with experience in developing sales enablement materials and video content. Experience managing social media channels and developing social media strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and web development teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or telecom sectors. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hubspot Marketing, Webinar Platforms. Knowledge of paid search and digital advertising strategies. Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.
