Regional Sales Director

Forcht Broadcasting seeks a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team in Western Kentucky and Clarksville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote radio and digital advertising services to local businesses.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including small business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. You will be expected to travel throughout the region, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote radio and digital advertising services to local businesses
2. Travel throughout the region to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
3. Meet weekly with the General Sales Manager to discuss sales performance and strategy
4. Prepare and present radio and digital marketing campaigns to clients
5. Attend regional community events, such as business ribbon cuttings and chambers of commerce meetings
6. Find new businesses in the region who have not advertised with our radio stations
7. Engage in professional development opportunities provided by Forcht Broadcasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales environment
• Experience and knowledge of radio and digital sales required
• Ability to independently manage time and duties to generate revenue
