Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our Service Department team at RBM of Alpharetta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and online chats to assist clients with scheduling service appointments and answering basic automotive questions.
  • Make outbound calls to clients who missed their scheduled appointment and to clients who have recently been in for service to check on satisfaction.
  • Actively listen to clients and their needs, asking questions to determine the nature of mechanical problems, service needs, or issues.
  • Accurately record information in various computer applications during the appointment setting or issue resolution process.
  • Proactively communicate potential issues with clients, advisors, technicians, management, and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Perform daily deposit and reconcile accounting schedules for accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior to being employed, applicants must participate in RBM's normal screening process, including a full employment application, satisfactory criminal, credit, and driving records checks, in-person interviews, and other inquiries.
  • Authorized to work in the USA for any employer with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
  • Basic communication, problem-solving skills, and mathematical skills using American units of measure.
  • Physical activities include remaining stationary and communicating via phone/text/email for long periods of time, operating office equipment, and repetitive motion.
