Salary & Benefits
Our team offers competitive pay, ranging from $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, paid time off, health/dental insurance for full-time employees, and tuition assistance.
Job Description
As a Registered Behavior Technician or behaviorally trained team member, you will provide one-on-one care and skill-building in home and community settings. You will foster daily living (ADLs) and instrumental skills (IADLs), support individuals in navigating community activities and responsibilities, collaborate with families to create and achieve personalized development goals, and build positive relationships with clients and their families.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license, reliable car, and clean driving record are also essential. While RBT certification or behavioral training is a plus, it is not required.
About the Role
This position involves multiple locations, including Revere, Woburn, Wilmington, Saugus, Danvers, etc. You must be comfortable with travel and willing to work flexible schedules. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a focus on daytime schedules.
