The Michael Huven Agency is a dynamic and growing insurance agency that offers a unique opportunity for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We pride ourselves on our vibrant team culture, which includes agency contests and off-site team-building activities like bowling. Our goal is to dominate the South East Wisconsin market by building long-term relationships with our customers.
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to help us achieve our ambitious goals. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $37,000 to $40,000, with top performers having the potential to earn up to $90,000 per year through our competitive commission structure. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment that values work-life balance.
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong rapport with clients, conducting timely follow-ups, and delivering engaging sales presentations. You will also have the opportunity to expand your professional network and set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have previous insurance experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a BONUS - not required to apply.
