Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Sheraton. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the bar is fully stocked and ready for service prior to opening.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle all payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work effectively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
