Vulcan Materials Company is the nation's largest producer of construction aggregates and a major producer of aggregates-based construction materials, including asphalt and ready-mixed concrete. As a Field Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Diagnose, Repair, Maintain and Inspect Mobile Equipment
  • Research, analyze and correct equipment malfunctions
  • Make decisions on actions to take to resolve problems
  • Participate in manufacturer and internal training classes
  • Resolve technical and repetitive problems

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the shop/field or equivalent previous employer
  • Valid CDL required; ability to travel to various locations
  • Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills
  • Must comprehend computer-based programs (SIS, ET, MyKomatsu, ProSis, etc.)
  • Keep current with industry standards
