Estimated Salary Range: $61,500 - $69,000 per year
Job Description: As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant with AccentCare, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to deliver exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist licensed physical therapists in implementing care plans for patients in their homes. This will involve educating patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety, as well as communicating any findings or changes to the physical therapist and physician.
Key Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have an associate degree from an accredited school of physical therapy, be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations, and possess valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. You should also have a valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
