About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of IT Risk & Compliance (Cyber GRC) to lead our organization's efforts in building and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management and compliance program. This role requires a strong understanding of industry frameworks, regulatory requirements, risk management, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment of cybersecurity policies with overall business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to integrate GRC strategies into corporate governance processes.
  • Lead the identification, assessment, and management of cybersecurity risks across the organization.
  • Develop and implement a cybersecurity risk management framework that aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate controls.
  • Oversee the monitoring of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as CCPA, and PCI DSS.
  • Coordinate compliance audits and manage responses to regulatory bodies.
  • Drive the development of audit and reporting processes to measure the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all cybersecurity compliance obligations are met.
  • Lead the assessment of third-party vendors to evaluate cybersecurity risks in the supply chain.
  • Implement processes for third-party risk management and ensure that vendors meet the organization's cybersecurity standards.
  • Design and implement security awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity risks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and training teams to deliver relevant cybersecurity training across the organization.
  • Oversee Cyber due diligence for M&A activities.
  • Lead and mentor the GRC team, providing guidance, development, and support to ensure the team meets its objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes high performance and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or similar relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, etc. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (PCI DSS, etc.). Experience in risk management methodologies and tools (e.g., FAIR). Familiarity with security technologies, including SIEM, vulnerability management, and identity management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
