Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales Floor Associate at Wegmans Food Markets, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting with sales floor operations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, making eye contact and smiling to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Proactively offer assistance to customers, thank them for shopping at Wegmans, and ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Efficiently and accurately scan items and process payments when operating the register.
  • Properly bag items to prevent damage and ensure products arrive at their destination in good condition.
  • Manage traffic flow in the self-checkout area, direct customers to available lanes, and assist with system troubleshooting as needed.
