About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Elmhurst Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the Chicagoland area. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients with cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain high-quality two-dimensional ultrasonic images of the heart, including 2D echocardiograms, 2D Doppler echocardiograms, and stress echocardiograms.
  • Assist physicians in conducting transesophageal echocardiograms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Certification: ARDMS or CCI within 12 months, BLS
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in cardiac sonography
  • Education: High school diploma and completion of Cardiac Sonography program
