• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, making recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to all operational standards and safety protocols.
• Work efficiently to control waste and shrink, protecting company assets and contributing to the success of the café.
• Recognize and offer to help both customers and employees with urgency and care.
