Senior Cash Management Sales Officer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cash Management Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the cash management sales manager and team by positioning our products strategically and coordinating solutions for corporate clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with internal RMs and external clients to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Proactively follow up on pending deals, track each deal, and provide status updates to sales manager and relationship manager.
- Update sales pipeline and report progress weekly and monthly to relevant teams.
- Participate in client meetings to present solutions and demonstrate products/services.
- Work closely with all areas within the bank and communicate with clients during the implementation stage to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Communicate frequently with product management team to stay aware of product updates and enhancements.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of client-facing role at a major financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Cash Management/Treasury services.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time-critical deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
