RAYUS Radiology is a leading provider of radiology services. We are currently seeking an experienced MRI Scanner Operator to join our team.

Job Description:

The MRI Scanner Operator will be responsible for operating MRI scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Imaging:
    • Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications
    • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
    • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision
    • Adjust scan parameters as needed
  • Patient Support:
    • Maintain positive relationships with radiologists, referring physicians, and other associates
    • Follow physicians' orders precisely and conform to safety regulations
    • Maintain accurate patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS)
  • Department Support:
    • Assist with maintaining updated imaging protocol manuals and software upgrades
    • Monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as needed

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday with rotating day shifts, including weekend rotation.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
