MRI Technologist

Pomerene Hospital, a leading healthcare facility in Millersburg, Ohio, seeks an experienced MRI Technologist to join its team. As a key member of the diagnostic imaging department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing and coordinating MRI examinations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This includes identifying patients, reviewing physician orders, and positioning patients for optimal diagnostic yield.

• Assess patient condition and ensure safety through careful history, allergy, and renal function documentation
• Position patients correctly for maximum diagnostic yield, relying on extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Review each examination for technical accuracy and present completed examinations to interpreting physicians
• Maintain confidentiality of hospital-related information and promote effective working relations within the department

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A.R.R.T. Registration
• O.D.H. Licensure
• 1-3 years of experience in Radiology (Imaging and Therapy) in a Healthcare/Medical Setting
• BLS Certification
