Dishroom Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our guests and staff.

• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Supervise the proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
• Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Set up and organize the dish racks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work well with others while following sanitation guidelines in the kitchen to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all.
