Role Overview:

This Server position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional Guest service and creating memorable experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring every Guest feels welcome and valued throughout their dining journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting memorable connections with Guests through your genuine smile and service-focused hospitality.
  • Making crave-worthy food and beverage recommendations that delight our Guests.
  • Becoming an expert in our menu offerings, so you can confidently suggest pairings and specials.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience.
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and cash-handling skills.
  • Age 21 or older.
