Business Operations Manager

This role is an integral part of a Relationship Manager team, providing key support for client interactions, calendar management, and executive functionality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of sophistication and accountability in handling sensitive client information, with a focus on delivering exceptional white glove service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-performing sales leaders with expense management, travel, and schedule coordination, as well as technology support and phone/email responses.
- Provide marketing support, ensuring compliance and current marketing materials, and maintaining office supplies for client meetings and events.
- Maintain file management and client written communications, organizing various business activities and tasks related to gifts, centers of influence, and referral sources.
- Lead team management, allocating resources, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business support needs and requirements.
- Optimize business support processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline service delivery and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in supporting high-performing sales leaders and teams in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, action-oriented, and organized.
- Systems knowledge: MS Office required; Concur, Zoom, and Teams software experience a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and provide excellent client service.
- Problem-solving mindset and excellent time management skills.
