Your Responsibilities:

General Cleaning Duties:
Ensure our facility remains immaculate through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

Sanitization Tasks:
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, and other shared spaces.

Waste Management:
Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management practices are followed.

Inventory Control:
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.

Minor Repairs:
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.

Safety Protocols:
Adhere to safety guidelines and handle cleaning materials and equipment responsibly.

Special Assignments:

  • Participate in special projects and deep cleaning initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of relevant cleaning experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.


Self-Sufficiency:
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Detail-Oriented:
Capable of following instructions on cleaning products and safety protocols.

Adaptability:
Prepared to address emergencies and assist with snow removal when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and Carry:
Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. and perform tasks involving standing, bending, pushing, and pulling.

Mobility:
Ability to walk on flat surfaces and reach above shoulder height or below waist level as needed.

Work Environment:

Facility Dynamics:
Work in various areas of the facility with potential noise and temperature fluctuations. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection may be necessary.

Dress Appropriately:
Dress in layers during colder months and be ready for warmer conditions in the summer.
