Advanced PACU RN with Post-Surgery Expertise Wanted

Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced PACU RN to join our team. As an experienced professional in post-surgery care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of patients in our Short Term Acute Care facility.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Advanced PACU RN to work in our dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of post-surgery care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
About the Role- Work in our 108-bed Short Term Acute Care facility, providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals recovering from surgery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in post-surgery care and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PACU setting.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- A valid nursing license and certification in your state.
