We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including full healthcare coverage, paid time off, 401k matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Description

As a Pediatric Nurse at Home of the Innocents, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with diverse medical needs. Your duties will include:

  • Providing care according to physician orders and standards
  • Performing nursing assessments and reviewing care plans
  • Administering interventions and maintaining accurate EHR documentation
  • Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Communicating patient updates to supervisors, physicians, and families
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of an associate degree in nursing
  • An unencumbered and current Commonwealth of Kentucky LPN or RN License
  • Current CPR/Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a direct care nurse in an acute care or long-term care setting
